Short description of project:

The project called “KÖFOP-1.0.0-VEKOP-15-2016-00038 E-building framework – serving Hungarian citizens through innovation” follows the 1st priority (“To reduce administrative burdens“) within the scope of the Public Administration and Public Service Development Operational Programme (hereinafter: PASOP). It has a final goal to shorten the administrative procedures and to reduce costs paid by citizens and companies – raising the competitiveness of the Hungarian economy and the well-being of the Hungarian people altogether. The project is aimed to be implemented between 2016 and 2020. The main objectives of the project are to design and to develop a comprehensive central government land information database to offer easy access to up-to-date land / earth data for the public sector’s administrative units, the private sector, as well as for the Hungarian society. The final operative goal of the project is to create an innovative, service-oriented and user-friendly system which serves to create an e-construction system through digitalizing the administrative processes and supporting the steps of the construction investments.

The broad scope of PASOP projects (mostly 1.2.2. “Digitalizing the administrative processes”) is now supplemented by two well-specified sub-goals: one is lowering the administrative burdens in the construction industry by digitalizing the administrative processes falling under the scope of the project, and the other is to reorganize and revise these processes. It is very important to emphasize the synergy of these two specific goals: the new digitalized solutions implemented within the project are instrumental in the reorganization of processes, while the application of new e-solutions is built on these changes reshaped through organizational, process and juridical changes.

Further project activities:

  • designing and developing a database with legal and cadastral data linked with agricultural cultivation information, to be a base of monitoring production of grassland and crop structure;
  • supporting the design for updating the Hungarian Land Parcel Identification System and database population.
