Cadastral map database

The national land registry database integrates the national cadastral map database and the land record database, which are  operated and updated daily by the District Land Offices.

Cadastral map databases at LTK are continuously updated in order to contain recent data not older than three months.

The cadastral map database can be purchased with full content (simplified DAT format[i]) or as an index map (parcel border lines and parcel numbers only).

Land registry data service via online data transmission network

Since 30 June 2011, the services of the TAKARNET system have been accessible via client gate at the official portal of the Hungarian land administration.  For more information about accessing the TAKARNET system, please contact our customer service.

Monitoring property changes

Using the ‘watch-dog’ service of District Land Offices, clients can receive immediate notice via e-mail or SMS if the land record of the property was changed. This increases the security of activities related to the property, and  clients can get up-to-date information about the state of administration processes. Using the service requires entering the cadastral parcel number or the address of the property.

Data service from the Land Lease Registry database

Data service from the Land Lease Registry database is based on Act CCXII of 2013 on the trade of arable and forestry land, according to which different queries from the Land Lease Registry, processing and submitting of the results to contracted parties should be carried out by agreement and should be approved by the Minister responsible for Land Administration.

E-authentic Land Record

The electronically authenticated land records service started on 19th May 2008. Initially serving clients of the TAKARNET system, the service now counts more than 9000 users (banks, notaries, lawyers, state administration, local governments, real estate agencies, planning companies, etc.)

Query on land registry data based on unique agreement

In accordance with Act CXLI of 1997 on Land Registry, it is possible to query and transfer Land Registry data in the case of data operation and processing based on a unique agreement.
