Short description of project:

The purpose of the project is to „reorganize the internal processes of the land authority”, i.e. to design and create new professional land information system functions and procedures that provide more efficient workflow support for the implementation of internal (back-office) processes related to the reorganized procedures.

The main project objective is to design and develop a new electronic system based on the property-registers that offers quality services for users, and thus increasing their positive perception of public services provided by the state.

Two further specific objectives:

to develop customer-oriented land authority e-services in order to widely introduce novel e-solutions and communication channels;
to design and develop a new electronic system based on the property-registers that offers quality services for users, and thus increase their positive perception of public services provided by the state.

The results of the project affect several target groups: public authorities, municipalities, citizens and businesses that manage their land registration matters and/or use data services based on land registration, legal representatives in charge of their affairs, mortgage institution administrators, surveyors (who are authorized to perform surveying and cartographic work by Section 28 (1) of Act XLVI of 2012 on Surveying and Cartographic Activities), professional administrators of the land authority (real estate registration, land surveying and cartography, land classification and land protection, land use registration, and land registration and agricultural registration), organizations performing statistical activities, courts, utilities.
