Short description of project:
The objective of the project is to create modern e-government solutions built on 3D-based land and spatial data infrastructure. The 3D database enables both citizens and businesses to access and to use the land and spatial data needed for spatial planning and land management.
The task of the project is the comprehensive digitisation of the territorial planning related data and information, in order to make e-government as widely accessible as possible.
Project results:
- E-utility system, based on 3D land data;
- Integrated data population module for spatial planning;
- 3D construction data provision module, including cadastre information and thematic maps.
Within the framework of the project, 10 IT-based systems are being developed,assisted by a background support system that enables communication between them on a single platform. Further project activities are as follows:
- designing and developing the modernization of the previous utility and geoinformation system. The new system includes new modules / applications / functions, e.g. E-space, National Spatial Model Plan Catalog, National Territorial Development Map, State Building Cadastre, Construction Cost Database (ÉTKA), Townscape Image Handbooks (TAK);
- providing quality control of digitised data, including State Building Cadastre data, territorial land management plans, etc;
- designing and developing the utilities-related database, including the data digitization and development of a data display system (e-utility, ÉMO) as part of the National Construction Register (OÉNY).
