Short description of project:
The Building and Construction Affairs Monitoring System (ÉMO), which uses the latest available aerial photographs, is a GIS application supporting the work of construction and construction supervision authorities. With the assistance of ÉMO, unregulated construction processes and land use can be monitored in an online platform. Thus, the aim is to provide cloud-based real estate registration data and orthophoto services , as well as access from a system that also supports the work of a national authority.
The Building and Construction Affairs Monitoring System (ÉMO) can display and analyze information on a map basis. It contains and interface that allows authorities to view the archive, access up-to-date remote sensing data (orthophotos) and real estate registration base maps with spatial contexts, as well as information about both the real estate registration database and the documents and relevant regulations in the ÉMO’s Documentation Center.
