Spatial data

Acting as a public administration body for land surveying and geoinformatics, Lechner Non-profit Ltd. (LTK) operates and supplies spatial data as well as value-added products developed from those national base data. The cadastral map shows the legal, while the topographic map the natural state of the environment and the supplied terrain and surface models indicate elevation information of the natural and the built environment. Beside the control points serving as  reference data, the Hungarian Gazetteer, the Hungarian Administrative Boundaries Database, and some data of the Hungarian Land Parcel Identification System are available, as well as the geoid databases of Hungary.

Most of the above listed data is accessible online through WMS or WMTS services. Data can be ordered and instantly downloaded via the round-the-clock services of the fentrol.hu Digital Aerial Photo Archive and the geoshop.hu geoportal. The provided coordinate-transformation solutions are connected to the real-time and post-processing services of GNSSnet.hu that provide centimetre accuracy GNSS measurements, operated by the Satellite Geodetic Observatory (SGO). At SGO’s K-GEO Accredited Calibration Laboratory, the calibration of geodetic electro-optical distant measuring (EDM) instruments and GNSS receivers can be ordered.
