GNSS Service

GNSSnet.hu is the base of the GNSS services of the Satellite Geodetic Observatory, offering clients online access to RINEX-format data received from permanent reference stations for post-processing solutions, as well as real-time corrections resulting from the central data processing system.

K-GEO Calibration Laboratory

K-GEO Accredited Calibration Laboratory operates in the Satellite Geodetic Observatory at Penc. The laboratory was established for the calibration of geodetic electro-optical distant measuring (EDM) instruments and GNSS receivers. The K-GEO Calibration Laboratory was accredited by the National Accreditation Authority (NAH) from 2000 to 2009, then re-accredited in 2014. The Laboratory performs calibrations in conformance with the MSZ EN ISO / IEC 17025: 2005 "General Requirements for Preparedness of Testing and Calibration Laboratories".

WMS and WMTS services

Geodata managed by the LTK can also be accessed online via WMS, WMTS, or web application. In case of WMS and WMTS, the user receives the url of the service that can be opened in a GIS software or be built into a web service. In case of the web application, the user can open a webpage developed by the LTK, where basic map tools are available as well as the geodata itself, no additional GIS software is required.

Special requests

With the goal of establishing long-term cooperation, LTK contracts for the development and operation of individual geoinformatic systems for state administration bodies, large companies and SMEs. Based on the partner’s needs, LTK provides raster and vector data with additional information (attributes) in WMS or web application service by spatial localization or text-based queries.
